Refund Policy
Refund, if any, will be assessed based on the work that has already been completed according to stages presented in Clause no. 3 hereof. Any application that was declined and/or unsuccessful shall not be subjected for refund. There shall be no refund for work and services already accomplished, and no refund shall likewise be allowed if the application is declined or is not successful.
Also, any change of plans or client circumstances (all relative events that fall under this category) will NOT be subjected for refund review.
Your application with us covers more or less than 5 years from your projected timeline to your chosen country.
Refund requests are not applicable on the following circumstances:
● Updates and Changes in Immigration Policies of Chosen Country while the application is being processed, and after lodgment of the application.
● Secure Visa Consulting Inc. – Secure Visa is not legally required to give refund if you just changed your mind regarding the processing of your application, if your circumstances suddenly change, or if you find a cheaper service elsewhere and wishes to opt out.
● Non-disclosure of any criminal convictions relating to any person included in the application.
● Non-disclosure of any health/medical conditions relating to any person included in the application.
● The provision of any false or misleading information being submitted to NEW ZEALAND.
Conditions for Refund that are deemed acceptable on the following circumstances:
Serious to Grave health conditions of the principal applicant up to 1st degree (Parents, Siblings, Offsprings), evidence to support this claim is required.
Acts of God
Other force majeures and/or equivalent.
Percentage of Refund will be decided only and be determined by the Management of Secure Visa/Subject to business review.
We will continue to assist you should you want to put your application on hold, on the condition that Secure Visa Consulting Inc. (Secure Visa) has the right to revisit the fees applicable at the time of resumption of service.
We will regularly update you on changes to Immigration Policies of New Zealand. Should the change or changes affect your application, the Company will advise you on the next best thing to do to help you in your decision-making.
We request timely submission of the required documents so you may not be affected by any upcoming changes in the policies of Immigration New Zealand.
We reserve the right to review & revisit the work done by Us in all activities that may be subject for refund of service fee on exceptional basis. Refund activities may be commensurate to the work done based on the company rate up to the full amount being settled.
No refund will be applied for any government fees paid by you during the application.
Refund request shall be subjected to admin refund fee of $300.00 USD at the time of payment.
Refund policy for Accelerator Study Plan
We will give you a 100% money-back if you fall into these two situations ONLY.
1. For your peace of mind, after we assess your profile and find out that we cannot find the right course recommendation for you, we will issue a FULL REFUND of the fee.
Any other reasons are not subject to a refund.
